1.Before You Start

You will need the following information to hand:

  • Origin and destination countries and cities
  • Package dimensions (length × width × height in cm)
  • Actual weight of the package (kg)
  • Your contact email address
  • Recipient's full name and delivery address (optional at quote stage, required before payment)

You do not need an account to get a quote. You will need to create a free account or sign in when you proceed to payment.

2.Step 1 — Get a Quote

Visit the Shipping Calculator (no login needed) or go to the Order page if you are logged in.

  1. Select the origin and destination countries.
  2. Choose the package type (Envelope, Small Package, Medium, Heavy, or Extra Heavy).
  3. Enter the package dimensions and weight.
  4. Add any additional services you require (insurance, signature, fragile handling).
  5. Click Get Shipping Quotes to see instant prices from multiple carriers.

3.Step 2 — Select a Carrier

Compare the quotes shown — each card shows:

  • Carrier name and service level
  • Estimated transit time
  • Total price including VAT
  • Key features (door-to-door, real-time tracking, etc.)

Click Select or Book this rate next to your preferred carrier. If you are not yet signed in, you will be prompted to log in at this point.

4.Step 3 — Checkout & Payment

In the checkout modal:

  1. Review the Order Summary — package count, route, carrier, and total.
  2. Choose your payment method: Secure Card (via Cardserv gateway) or Wallet Balance.
  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Click Proceed to Payment. You will be redirected to the secure Cardserv payment page to enter your card details.
  5. After successful payment, you are redirected back and your tracking number is assigned.

5.Step 4 — Prepare Your Parcel for Collection

After booking you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping label (for some carriers). If a label is not automatically provided:

  • Contact our support team to request a label.
  • Print the label at home or at most post offices.
  • Affix it securely to the largest flat face of the box, not over a seam.

See our Packaging Guide for tips on preparing your parcel.
