How to Track Your Shipment

Step-by-step guide to finding your tracking number and monitoring your parcel in real time.

1.Where to Find Your Tracking Number

Your tracking number is sent automatically as soon as your shipment is confirmed. You can find it in:

  • The booking confirmation email we send to the address you provided during checkout.
  • Your Order History on the Profile page — visible after logging in.
  • The printed shipping label affixed to your parcel (the barcode number below the barcode).

Tracking numbers typically look like ZLT1718000000ABCDE or the carrier's own format (e.g., DHL: 1234567890).

2.Tracking on the OctaveLogistics Website

Go to our Tracking page, enter your tracking number in the search field, and click Track. You will see:

  • Current status (e.g., In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered)
  • Timeline of events with timestamps and locations
  • Estimated delivery date (where available)

3.Tracking Directly With the Carrier

You can also track directly on the carrier's website:

4.Why Is My Tracking Not Updating?

It is normal for tracking to show no movement for 12–24 hours after booking while the carrier processes the collection. If tracking shows no update for more than 48 hours after the expected collection time:

  • Check that the tracking number was copied correctly (no extra spaces).
  • Try tracking directly on the carrier website (link above).
  • Verify your parcel was actually collected by checking your phone or email for a collection notification.
  • If still unresolved after 72 hours, contact our Support Team with your order number.
